On March 14, 2016, Adv. <\/a>Kalpesh Kothari<\/a> and Adv. <\/a>Amar Deshmukh<\/a> came together as partners to establish TruLex<\/a>. The name\u00a0TruLex\u00a0is rooted in the Latin words\u00a0\u2018Tru\u2019\u00a0(truth) and\u00a0\u2018Lex\u2019\u00a0(law), reflecting our unwavering commitment to integrity and justice. From the outset, TruLex was more than just a law firm\u2014it was a vision to build enduring trust, deliver perpetual value, and redefine the standards of legal excellence for our clients, business partners, and associates.

My vision was to create a firm that not only delivers the highest quality legal services but also serves as a trusted advisor to businesses, individuals, and the legal community. From day one, our mission has been to bridge the gap between expertise and accessibility, ensuring that\u00a0\u2018global standards\u2019\u00a0of legal services are available at\u00a0\u2018local cost.\u2019

We are proud to have begun our journey with Tata Communications<\/a> as our first client\u2014a relationship that set the foundation for our growth. Over the past nine years, we have had the privilege of serving 65 corporate entities across diverse industries, including manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications, fintech, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, IT, and data centers. Among these, more than a dozen are listed entities, a testament to the trust and confidence our clients place in us.

By 2030, we aim to be a globally recognized and respected law firm, delivering excellence, trust, and value to our clients\u2014both domestic and international. None of this would be possible without our exceptional team of legal professionals, whose expertise, dedication, and client-first approach are at the heart of everything we do.
