Employment & Labour Laws and Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace

Amar Deshmukh

Amar Deshmukh, the managing partner and founder member of TruLex, comes with over 18 years of global exposure working with diverse industries like Science and Technology, Telecommunication and Infrastructure, International Property Consultancy, International IT/ITES management, and product compliance. Of these, he has spent over a decade working in the field of legal operations & advisory, corporate governance, fraud prevention and risk mitigation, tax litigations, M&A, international transactions, tax and regulatory & statutory compliances.

Amar has been associated with IT/ITES transition & projects from legal and compliance perspectives in a medium to very large enterprises and advised on various legal, regulatory & statutory compliances inter alia, Labour & Employment Laws, Special Economic Zones, Software Technology Parks, Enforcement Directorate (ED), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), FIPB clearances, Department of Telecommunication (DoT).

Amar has completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from prestigious ILS Law College, Pune and Master in Law (LLM) from University of Pune. He has also acquired a PG Degree in Management (MBA) from Symbiosis International University.

Kalpesh Kothari

Kalpesh Kothari, partner and founder member of TruLex is a certified Lawyer and has a strong practice in immigration law and international transactional matters and also having hands on experience, inter alia, in real estate and infrastructure laws, legal due diligence, conveyance of title documents, consumer disputes, contract lifecycle management, M&A and its transactions and general litigations.

Pushkaraj Joshi

Pushkaraj is a Commerce Graduate of University of Mumbai and a Law Graduate from University of Pune. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant of India and Management Accountant of Australia, Company Secretary of India and U.K. He has successfully completed the Leadership Development Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is a visiting faculty at professional forums on Finance and Corporate Governance.

Pushkaraj has over 24+ years of rich experience with top corporate groups like Reliance Group; Vistaar Inc. (USA); B. K. Khare & Co. Mahindra Group; Merrill Lynch & Bank of America.

His last profile was as an Associate Vice President (Legal, Secretarial and Compliance) & Group Company Secretary at Vodafone.

Shrinivas V Naidu

Shrinivas V Naidu, is a qualified lawyer with a PG degree in management. He is also a certified fraud, risk and security expert with a strong experience of over two decades in prevention, detection and investigation of techo-financial frauds, organisational risk identification and corporate data security. With his vast experience and expertise in technological investigations, businesses risks assessments, risk control, and implementation of effective preventive measures for sustainable growth for banking and technology corporates like City Bank, GE Capital, ABN Amro, HSBC and Vodafone Global Services, Shrini will provide immense value to the esteemed clients of TruLex.

Shrinivas will take up independent charge of corporate client relationship development and also lead Fraud, Risk and Corporate Security (FRS) vertical of TruLex.
